Shipping Costs, Transit, and Handling Time:

- Order transit time: 7 – 10 business days (Monday to Friday)

Additionally, if your order requires personalization or modifications, our designer may need a few days to complete the customization. The design time will depend on the complexity of your request.
Change of Address:
Once the package is en route, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location of your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.
Order Changes:
Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you wish to return a product, you must initiate the return process after receiving the item.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order but the tracking status indicates that it has not been delivered, please contact the carrier to locate your goods. We have no control over the package once it has been handed over to the carrier. Please note that tracking information may not be available at all times. There may be instances where the tracking information in the app has not been updated due to technical issues. Order Tracking:
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This link will enable you to track your order until it reaches your doorstep. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and no information is available, it means that the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. Tracking events will populate on the tracking page once the parcel is scanned into the system.
If the estimated arrival date has passed, please contact us, and we will take care of the matter for you.
Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if combined shipping was specified.
Can I See a Preview of My Final Custom Photo Ornaments Before Shipping?
Please note that we do not provide previews of the final custom photo ornaments. Our company headquarters are located in Vietnam, where our products are designed. We offer a wide variety of products, some of which are shipped from our warehouse in Vietnam, while others are shipped from our overseas facilities in countries such as the USA, China, India, and more. For internationally shipped products, shipping times will be longer than for domestically shipped products but will still adhere to the aforementioned shipping timeframe.
